Warranty:
Our products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years, subject the products being used only in the manner for which they were designed (seating people in public theatres, meeting rooms, or similar) and excluding normal wear and tear.

Returns and Refund Policy:
For orders of up to 5 seats, if you are not totally satisfied with the quality of the products, please return them, within 14 days of receipt, to: Race Furniture Ltd., Bourton Industrial Park, Bourton on the Water, Gloucs GL54 2HQ, UK and following receipt we shall refund the purchased price of the product. For orders over 5 seats, we are unable to accept return of seats and if there is any doubt as to the acceptability of the type of seat being ordered, it is recommended that a sample seat should be purchased first.

Shipping:
Customers in the UK and Eire:
Products will normally be dispatched ex-factory within 3 weeks of accepted order. Orders for more than 50 seats may take a little longer. You will be contacted prior to delivery to agree a date and approximate time for delivery.

The shipping costs are automatically added to the order during the checkout process and are clearly displayed before you confirm the order and make payment.

Customers Overseas:
Products will be normally dispatched ex-factory within 3 weeks of order. Orders for more than 50 seats may take a little longer
